Welcome to the secret and sometimes scandalous world of Victorian Floriography! Spend thirty days learning about the hidden meanings of flowers, how to paint those flowers, how to craft bouquets that convey messages, and getting to know this vibrant language. This kit provides everything you need to get started, just add water. This is designed as a one month crash course in Victorian Floriography and introduction to watercoloring.

Here’s how it works:

Read your welcome letter
Open one envelope at a time, in order. This is self paced so you can do it as fast or as slow as you want. **The first shipping date will be in November and it is my hope that we can all enjoy this together as an advent calendar throughout December.**
Use the bouquet building cards and pre-built bouquets as a springboard to create your own messages.
Let the dot cards fully dry after each use and store in the original packaging: use the table of contents and reference dictionary to revisit each flower when you need it.

Introducing the 2025 Boulder Colors subscription: Colors of the World! You guessed it, we’ll be traveling the world to learn about ancient and contemporary natural dye practices from different cultures all over the world! We can’t wait to share the amazing things we learn and vibrant colors we make along the way with you. Here’s how it works: we’re going to be exploring three different areas in each country we visit so each country's spotlight will last for three months. The monthly envelopes include a letter from our travel journals detailing our family’s real experiences traveling, some more detailed “field notes” about a specific topic we learned about, and of course: paint made from locally sourced materials in our host countries!

IMPORTANT NOTES:

This is a completely different subscription than 2024 under different pricing and structuring so you must sign up as a new 2025 member to continue.
This will be the theme for the foreseeable future and there WILL be the option to renew annually from now on.
Enrollment is always open and not limited to any sign up windows.
The monthly payments will come in the form of invoices but there is an option to save payment for auto-pay so you don’t need to actively pay a bill each month.
